Work Definition
We create a proposal together with you and reach an agreement on the project phases and scope for each phase.
Kick Off
We create the contract stipulating the work definition, sign it off and kick off Phase 0 of our relationship. 🚀
How it works
Phase 0 - Discovery
We work with stakeholders on your team to understand their needs, define measurable performance metrics for the project and formalize the requirements to subsequent execution phases.
Phase 1 - Architecture
Working off of the requirements gathered in Phase 0, we define infrastructure level solution space. This includes things like the tooling, operating systems and platforms.
Phase 2 - Implementation
Based off of the requirements laid out in Phase 0 and the architectural solution space in Phase 1, we get to implementation. This includes implementation, testing and integration of the deliverables.
